Intake

Our Intake Coordinator collects basic information such as insurance details, diagnosis, and your availability.

Insurance Approval

We submit your information to your insurance provider to obtain authorization for an ABA assessment.

Assessment

A certified BCBA conducts an in-home assessment to understand your child’s strengths, needs, and behaviors.

Begin Therapy

Your child starts their individualized ABA program with a trained, supervised Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) under BCBA guidance.

Progress

You’ll receive consistent updates about your child’s sessions, progress, and any adjustments made to their treatment plan.

Growth

Every 6 months, we conduct formal reassessments to measure progress, update goals, and ensure your child continues moving forward.
